Kennith Everett, pseudonym Venice or VNIS (a stylistic spelling of Venice) , (°1994, Queens, New York) is a singer-songwriter that attributes his passion to the Neo-soul movement of the late 90s. By using popular themes in his music such as sexuality, relationship woes, and life satisfaction, Everett touches various overlapping themes and strategies to create music that is not only melodic but meaningful. Several reoccurring subject matter can be recognized, such as the relation with popular culture and media, working with repetition, provocation and at times complex writing structures. Everett claims to use music effectively ultimately creating "a world where light-heartedness rules and where rules are undermined" is created. Kennith Everett currently lives and works towards his career in Atlanta. With passions that branch out further than just music Kennith has attributes his passion for photography to "wanting to show others the world as [he] sees it.
